EU AI Act: a compliance deadline worth knowing about
From 2 August 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires any organization using AI — regardless of size, freelancers included — to be able to demonstrate that staff have adequate AI literacy. Spain's AI oversight authority (AESIA) gains full sanctioning powers from that date. If your company operates in Spain and needs to get ahead of this, our in-company training program is designed to leave you with exactly the documentation this requirement expects.
